Flat rate shipping prices are quoted on each product listing and added to your shopping cart accordingly. Flat rate shipping charges apply to all domestic and international locations if applicable.
You will be notified via email when your item has shipped. Items ship via USPS, DHL or another delivery service depending on the product. You will be given a tracking number where applicable.
Some of the products are sent directly from the manufacturer or from a non-domestic source. The customer is considered to be the importer of the products and is responsible for any customs, duties and/or taxes incurred.
In the event that a parcel being shipped to you, the customer, is damaged by the shipping carrier please keep intact the box and contents in order to have proof of the damage. Then contact firstname.lastname@example.org for further instructions. You may be asked for digital photos showing the damaged packaging and product as proof of such. You will be given instructions as what to do with the parcel and an insurance claim will be filed with the shipping carrier in question if applicable. Under such circumstances you will be offered a replacement sent to you if the product is still available or a full refund of your original purchase. Any of these options will be deemed as an adequate remedy for any damaged shipments.
